22RE Pro Turbo Kit (High Boost)
LCE's Turbo Kits are designed for use on the Toyota 22RE-powered trucks, 4Runners and Celicas. Whether for street or competitive drag racing, LCE can configure a custom turbo kit for your specific needs. The LCE Pro Turbo Kit is designed to utilize our Pro Fuel Injection System or any other stand-alone engine management. Along with larger injectors, the Pro Fuel Injection can be programmed to provide the correct fuel and ignition curve for a performance turbo engine. For those who aren't ready to step up to a stand alone fuel management system, we recommend our Mass Airflow Conversion kit. For high-boost setups, make sure your engine is set up to handle boost before adding a turbocharger kit. Lower compression (9:1 or less) is the biggest factor.
The base kit features a Garrett T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo that is built specifically for us, a tig-welded 321 stainless steel turbo header, custom-fit T304 stainless steel downpipe, Turbosmart adjustable waste gate, blow-down tube to dump wastegate gasses into downpipe for quiet operation, stainless steel charge pipe to go from turbocharger to throttle body, Turbosmart adjustable boost controller for in-cab adjustments and all the necessary silicone couplers, gaskets, fittings, lines and hardware for installation. All pipes are ceramic coated and tumble polished for great looks and lower underhood temperatures.
