Valve Train Kit

(Turbo)

This valve train kit will supply you with all the compatible parts to upgrade the valve train on your performance turbo engine.

Intake Valves

These high-quality 37.5mm (stock size) valves are made from 21-4N stainless steel and weigh in at 54g each which is 6g lighter than the stock steel valves and also have a black nitride anti-friction coating for increased durability and to help reduce carbon buildup. These valves are built using a one-piece, forged construction and an undercut stem design which allows for better airflow across the valve as well as reduced resistance in the guide, resulting in better valve train reliability.

Exhaust Valves

These high-quality 31.5mm (+1mm over stock) Inconel valves are made from 751 / Nimonic 80A Inconel Steel and even though they are a larger than stock valve they still weigh in at the stock valve weight of 46g each. These valves have been specifically designed to be used on engines that are used for extreme conditions like racing or for engines that are reaching very high temperatures such as turbocharged or supercharged applications. These valves will work with the stock seats once a performance valve job has been performed.

Cam Followers (31mm)

These 31mm shim under style Cam Followers are designed for use with larger profile cams (up to Stage 3) in your 2RZ or 3RZ engine. The larger outside diameter allows the cam profile to be much larger without the cam lobe rolling off the edge of the Cam Followers. These buckets will allow the use of cam lift up to .382"

NOTE: No additional machining is required to use this bucket with the stock cylinder head.

Pro HD Dual Valve Spring Set

The Pro Dual Valve Springs are a "must have" upgrade when running bigger lift cams and higher RPM's. With 100lbs of seat pressure at 1.400" install height, and open pressure of 225lbs (at .450" lift) they will work perfectly with any high boost application (20+ lbs of boost). These springs are rated up to 10,000 RPM and will accommodate cam lifts up to .515"!

Pro Titanium Retainer Set

When you upgrade to Titanium valve spring retainers, you gain speed and power, because LC Engineering Titanium retainers are lighter and stronger than steel. Additionally, our Titanium design gives you confidence; no longer will you be worried about splitting a retainer and tearing up an engine when turning over 8,000 RPM. Titanium retainers are American made from space age material. Titanium is less than half the weight and ten times stronger than the factory steel retainer; these Titanium retainers allow you to use high lift cams without the chance of failure. From a standing idle to the most extreme rpm, our Titanium retainers perform flawlessly, without compromise.

Viton Valve Seals

Viton valve seals are the latest technology in valve seal material, providing heat resistance to 440 degrees Fahrenheit (266 C). While reducing oil consumption through the valve guide, these seals provide a better oil seal and are longer lasting than stock.

Hardened Keepers

Hardened Valve Keepers fit all 6mm valves using stock Toyota retainers and our Pro Titanium Retainers. A must for high rpm applications!

NOTE: This kit will handle up to .382" lift cams. LC Engineering recommends upgrading the valve seats in your cylinder head to a Pro Valve seat as well as the guides to a Pro Bronze guide for any applications being used for extreme operations or boosted applications over 25lbs of boost.
