All parts and accessories manufactured by LCE have a 90 day limited warranty from the date of sale. This limited warranty applies to any product, which, after careful inspection by LCE, is found to have a defect in either materials or workmanship. Parts used under racing or competition conditions are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned orders. LCE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchase, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or use of these engines, engine components, parts and/or accessories. No warranty on any Pro Series short block or long block. We CAN NOT accept returns on special and/or custom ordered parts and all electrical components.

Any litigation or lawsuit arising as a result of any sale by LCE to a purchaser of it’s products shall be filed in the court system of Mohave County, Arizona, USA, and the Laws of Arizona shall apply to the issues in such lawsuit.
