Returns will not be accepted after 7 day after receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted with out an RMA number. Please contact customer service to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number. A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany your return. All returns must be sent prepaid; no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss or damage. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. All returns must be in new sellable condition in the original unopened packaging. There is a 30% restocking fee applied to all returns. Absolutely no returns after 30 days. Customer refused shipments are subject to the original UPS S/H charges, the incurred UPS return S/H fee, and a 30% restocking fee. Cancelled orders that have not shipped will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Orders that have shipped can not be cancelled. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, we will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on electrical, special order items or custom order items.
