Some people don't know it but a header makes the most power gain with a single bolt on part with no need of complicated and super expensive modifications to your vehicle. It increases an average of 10-15HP on your engine by increasing improved flow in the exhaust system (Logic says: the faster everything comes out, the faster everything can come in).

There are many headers in the market these days, probably cheaper, but they are far from better. LC Engineering has been producing, testing, installing and designing these headers for more than 20 years. so we can assure you that there is not a better header for a Toyota 22 engine series out there on the market. So after installing your LC Engineering Street header on your Toyota you will know why we still the #1 header around, why race and off-road enthusiasts prefer us and why we are worth the extra expense.

Our most popular product are the street header kits. LCE uses all 304 1 1/2" Stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, the collector is made in house with 409 Stainless steel. A huge 1/2" thick steel header to head flange and 3/8" steel flanges at the collector that accepts the stock Toyota round exhaust gasket. As if that were not enough, the whole package is coated in a high temp ceramic coating. To make the install easy on you LCE supplies you with all the gaskets needed to bolt your header on your vehicle. Our header flanges are cut to allow the use of OEM exhaust manifold gaskets. These gaskets feature a metal crush fire ring and a heat deflector for the plug wires. No cheap paper gaskets to blow out with a LC Engineering Header.

This header kit is for 85-95 2 Wheel drive trucks auto and manual transmissions, and includes an adjustable connector pipe that will connect to most factory catalytic converter.

Installation Note:
Over 27 years of producing these headers LC Engineering has made all attempts to make these header kits fit as best as possible. Unfortunately there are a very small amount of applications that may require more extensive modification or even fabrication to make the connector pipe fit correctly. This is mostly contributed to numerous changes in Toyota's production along with aftermarket modifications. LC Engineering offers full technical support to make your fitment as easy as possible but they will not be responsible for any "custom" connector pipes.
