Muffler - 2 1/4" Pro Flow Turbo Muffler (14") - Satin Stainless Steel

The Pro Flow performance muffler is the same one used in all the LCE Pro Flow Exhaust Systems. We use MagnaFlow performance mufflers that are 100% stainless steel. These MagnaFlow performance mufflers are designed to give you more power and provide excellent sound. They feature a large-diameter, perforated stainless steel core and a straight-through design for unrestricted flow and a smooth, deep tone. They also have a stainless steel mesh for sound control, and all-welded, lap-jointed contacts to avoid distortion or cracking at the seams. Center inlet, side outlet, but are reversible for a custom fit.

Very good muffler what would make even excellent, if LC Engineering provide the mounting hangers to go along with it so they could be welded at the shop you take it too...

Definitely my muffler of choice for the 22re	March 14, 2017

I have the doug thorley long tube headers, a generic cat and this muffler on my 22re and it sounds amazing! I know backpressure is often an issue with these engines, so just to be safe (since I tried so many other mufflers and setups) I ended up doing a 2 1/4" tube from the header into the cat but we widened the cats' 2" input port up to 2 1/4" to match the tube size. The cat is the bottleneck but I've tried other exhausts and had no low end power. This gives me excellent performance as well as a nice growl.
