This manifold is manufactured by LCE Performance and offers easy installation and great performance. This manifold has large passages, has a nice smooth sweep up into the turbo, as well as down into the wastegate outlet which is V-Band flange for a 40mm wastegate. These CNC-machined turbo manifolds are cut from solid steel billet, so they are incredibly strong but light. This method allows the use of CAD to design the perfect exhaust passage and machine it to that exact shape on our CNC machining centers. Accurate passages smoothly directing the exhaust gasses into the turbo and wastegate of your choice for fast spooling and high-end power. The turbo flange is made for a T3. All flanges are 5/8" thick and TIG welding is the best you will ever see. It comes with a 2000 degree black ceramic coating.
NOTE: Studs not included. Studs will need to be 10mm x 1.5 thread pitch. This Manifold is designed to be used with a stock 85-95 22R/RE pear shaped exhaust gasket, see Part #: 1044003.

One of the most important keys to building a performance engine is to have components that match up and are designed to work together in harmony. If you have an awesome cam and carburetor a good flowing intake will make sure you're getting the most benefit from those parts.
With a large open plenum and runners, our customized Offenhauser manifold will greatly outflow your stock Toyota manifold and supply your engine with enough airflow to support the power goals you're shooting for. The single plane design provides an excellent mid-range to upper RPM power without sacrificing low-end torque. The casting is designed with a Weber carburetor flange so you can bolt your performance carburetor straight to the manifold without the need for any adapters. All the same vacuum and sensor ports as your stock manifold are included. If you have plans in your build to not use any of those ports, see our plug kit listed below.
This manifold is designed to use a rubber style thermostat gasket, instead of the stock paper flat gasket.

NOTES: This manifold requires a 1981-1982 thermostat housing which is no longer available from Toyota. You can use the later style thermostat housing with our Thermostat Housing Adapter listed above. This manifold uses an 8 bolt bottom plate. If you do not have an 8 bolt plate on your manifold you will need to purchase our Water Plate Under Manifold listed above. This manifold does not allow clearance for the factory heater outlet. If keeping the heater, you will need to block the original supply on the head with the Pro Water Block Kit above and run heater supply from the water plate on the bottom of the manifold. If your plate does not have a hose barb to connect to, we would recommend our Water Plate Under Manifold listed above. You will need to purchase the Pro Water Block Plate Kit if removing or changing the location of the heater supply as outlined above.

Anyone who owns or has owned a 22RTE (Turbo) pick up or 4Runner understands how frustrating it can be to locate an exhaust manifold that is not cracked or damaged because yours already is and it needs to be replaced. Odds are that IF you do locate one they are not only expensive, but you really do not know how long it will last before it will end up cracking again and you find yourself in the same predicament. After several years of listening to all the frustration that our customers were experiencing without being able to find a factory replacement manifold. LC Engineering knew something needed to happen.
Here is another LC Engineering first! We have designed a factory replacement 22RTE turbo manifold that allows you to utilize all of your original factory equipment. The factory turbo will bolt directly onto this new manifold and all of the stock connections will hook up like the factory unit. Rather than utilizing a casting process we have put our machinists to work and built a Billet Steel CNC Manifold, and then finished it off with a High temp Black ceramic coating.
Typically it is a challenge to design a CNC manifold that flows as good as a cast factory unit. Well our team not only designed it to flow as good but they exceeded the flow of the cast unit which is without saying an amazing accomplishment! Say Good-Bye to your Turbo manifold worries.
