Pro Piston Ring Set

All of LC Engineering's forged pistons now come standard with gas nitride ring sets. These rings were developed originally for boosted applications (turbochargers and superchargers). However, when applied to our 22R/RE/RET engines, we found this new ring allows us to run a smaller ring to reduce any extra horsepower loss due to excess friction and still allow proper ring sealing.

NOTE: This set of piston rings is designed to work with our LC Engineering CP Forged pistons with ring groove openings (lands) of 1.5 mm top ring, 1.5mm 2nd ring, and 4.0mm oil ring.
