There is really only one reason to run this thermostat. Race tracks that require vehicles to run water, no coolant, this is the thermostat you need. We would not recommend this for any vehicle running coolant. See our 180° Thermostat for 22r Carb applications, or 190°-195° for 22re EFI engines.

NOTE: Thermostats do not come with gaskets.

• (75-82) 20R/22R Use Flat Paper Gasket, see Part #: 1032073.
• (83-95) 22R Use Round Rubber Gasket, see Part #: 1032074.
