When it comes to manufacturing a quality product, it starts in the design department but it doesn't end there. Every billet grille is treated to a durable glossy powder-coat finish. The final stage of manufacturing includes a three-stage polishing and cleaning. The entire process takes place in their Southern California manufacturing facility.
