This Pulley is for vehicles equipped with power steering. If you are thinking about replacing your Harmonic Balancer, you will need this pulley too. Throughout your engine's life, the elastomer in the factory balancer can deteriorate, causing a decrease in performance and possible engine vibration. Replace the old worn out one with a new OEM quality balancer from us. This is meant to use with a double V Belt style Pulley.
