We are proud to announce our new Swap Header Kits for the 81-95 Toyota Pickups & 84-95 4Runners that have been swapped with 3.4L 5VZ engines. Manufactured to the same high standards as our 22R/RE and 2RZ/3RZ Street Headers, these headers are constructed using all stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, and 1/2" thick flanges. After welding, they are ceramic coated to reduce heat and enhance their appearance. Each kit includes driver and passenger headers, gaskets, and hardware, ensuring a complete and easy installation. Designed to accommodate a custom exhaust fabrication after the merge collector, these headers will not serve as a direct replacement for the factory manifold. Additionally, the headers do not come with a provision to hook up the EGR system. Upgrade your Pickup or 4Runner with our premium Swap Header Kits and experience improved performance and durability.

Additionally, the headers do not come with a provision to hook up the EGR system. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.
