Pro Flow Exhaust System
All of our Pro Flow Exhaust Systems are made with 409 stainless steel tubing, 426 stainless steel straight-through Magnaflow muffler and 3/8" thick mild steel flanges. The straight-through design of the Magnaflow muffler offers the highest flow while still maintaining a smooth, yet authoritative tone without attracting unwanted attention. They are then ceramic coated for long lasting good looks and protection from the elements. LC Engineering designs our kits to be a direct fit application that requires little or no modifications, and uses factory exhaust hanger locations. This bolts up behind your factory catalytic converter or one of our high flow performance catalytic converters. This exhaust system features 2-1/2" tubing with a 3" polished stainless tip. Every kit is shipped complete with all the instructions and hardware you will need for a quick and easy installation process.
NOTE: This kit is designed to be used on trucks with one catalytic converter only. This kit can be made to work on newer vehicles that have been modified to one catalytic converter it can be used on two catalytic system with fabrication to the first exhaust pipe. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.

This Pro Flow exhaust fits 95-04 3RZ Tacoma 4wd and 2wd pre-runners (6-lug). It comes with a front pipe that is designed to be trimmed to the correct length for your cab/bed length. Please read and follow the directions completely to ensure proper fitment.
Installation:

1. Remove the stock exhaust system from the catalytic converter on back. Be careful not to damage the hangers or brackets.
2. Install the muffler in the stock hangers.
3. Attach the tailpipe section to the muffler using the supplied gasket & hardware. Hang the rear tail pipe section to the factory hangers using the supplied clamp & hanger assembly. Leave the clamp loose.
4. Check alignment and location of muffler and tailpipe. Hangers may require a slight adjustment for proper alignment.
5. This kit comes with two front straight pipes. The shorter one is not needed in all applications. Once you have the muffler & tailpipe section in you can determine if your application will require this extra piece of straight pipe.
6. The front pipe section may need to be cut to length. Be sure to allow enough overlap for adequate clamping area. Install the front pipe section to the muffler using the supplied clamp. Leave clamp loose. Attach the front pipe section to the catalytic converter using the gasket & hardware provided. Leave loose.
7. Check the clearance of your Pro Flow Exhaust System to the floor pan, chassis components, parking brake cable assembly, driveshaft, etc. Adjust system as needed.
8. Tighten bolts and then firmly tighten the exhaust clamps.
9. Start engine and check for exhaust leaks. Tighten flanges and clamps as needed.
NOTE: This system is designed to fit all cab and bed configurations. FRONT PIPE SECTION WILL HAVE TO BE CUT to correct length shorter applications. LC Engineering recommends using O2 safe, high-temperature silicon on slip connections for small exhaust leaks. Due to varying wheelbase dimensions, LC Engineering includes a 24" slip fit connector pipe that will need to be used between the front pipe and muffler on some applications.

Complete exhaust
Added LCE exhaust to their headers on my Gen 1. Easy bolt on installation. From start to finish about an hour. Looks great, definitely can feel the difference in performance. The muffler is a little louder than I prefer and sounds “riceified†but I think it will grow on me. Overall I love it. I also have the LCE super charger (low boost) very pleased.

Perfect fit and sound
The old one was a pain to get off. That’s on me, not this product. Was super simple to piece this new one together. Looks great, sounds great. Was afraid it would be obnoxious and piss off neighbors. Nope, just a deep, mature tone. No rice, no drone!

I installed this on our 2000 Tacoma with the 3RZ (manual trans) a few weeks after installing the LCE header and the combo is excellent. The quality is top notch, very nice ceramic coating, thick flanges and very nice welds. The fit on the single cab is nearly perfect. I think I need to bend a hanger slightly...but a very minor issue. This exhaust is pretty close to ideal IMO. Its loud if ya want but pretty chill if you drive mellow. My wife digs it, she says it makes the truck much more fun to drive, and I agree. It wont make it fast but nothing is as fun as driving a slow car fast especially if it sounds great! And in combo with the LCE headers the bump in drivability and performance is very noticeable. Highly recommended. You wont be able to find an exhaust shop that would do as well for the same money and it wont be ceramic coated. Buy it.

Worth every penny
Purchased this cat back exhaust, along with the Magnaflow high flow cat and the long tube header. Truck sounds better than expected. I had no idea a 4 banger could sound this good. Reg cab options don't need the extra pipe and doesn't require any cutting. Note that you can modify the exhaust hanger attached behind the catalytic converter. You just need to drill out the bolt holes so the new bolts fit through and may have to bend the hangers slightly. Gives you some extra support. I would highly suggest loosely fitting the exhaust together first before tightening everything up. I tightened everything up as i worked my way back and it made mitting the tail pipe somewhat difficult. Once i loosened everything up, it went together perfectly. Fits amazing, no cutting. Just had to bend the hangers on the muffler slightly to line up correctly.

So awesome.
Great sound. Excellent engineering. Sounds great on my all stock 2000 Tacoma. It has some bite to the tone when down shifting etc. Sounds really mean compared to the stock exhaust. Comes with everything needed and nothing extra. Excellent packaging with no rips, tears or alike. LCE doesn't skimp out on packing materials either! Love the way it was packaged for my uses. Sweet sound that is definitely deeper than the stock sound I had previously.
