We are proud to announce our new Street Header Kits for the 1996-2002 Toyota 4Runners & 1996-2004 Tacomas with 3.4L 5VZ engines. Manufactured to the same high standards as our 22R/RE and 2RZ/3RZ Street Headers, these headers are constructed using all stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, and 1/2" thick flanges. After welding, they are ceramic coated to reduce heat and enhance their appearance. Each kit includes driver and passenger headers, gaskets, and hardware, ensuring a complete and easy installation. Designed to accommodate a custom exhaust fabrication after the merge collector, these headers will not serve as a direct replacement for the factory manifold. Additionally, the headers do not come with a provision to hook up the EGR system. Designed to accommodate a custom exhaust fabrication after the merge collector, these headers will not serve as a direct replacement for the factory manifold. Additionally, the headers do not come with a provision to hook up the EGR system. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.
