Front Frame Reinforcement Kit
(Rock Defense)
Even the strongest frames need reinforcing when rock crawling and rock racing are your hobbies, that is why Trail Gear is now offering our Rock Defense Front Frame Support Kits for 1979-1985 Trucks and 4Runners. These Rock Defense Front Frame Reinforcement Kits are precision laser cut from 3/16" thick steel and can easily be welded onto the outside of each side of the frame to provide extra strength to a frame that has been torched, welded, and hammered on over and over.
Kit includes
- (2) frame plates (1 for each side)
NOTE: Kit is shipped unpainted and lightly oiled.

Look good but need to be modified.
They look really nice but to weld them in without cutting them into sections either the motor mounts or the shock towers need to but cut apart to get them in.
