The purpose of cleaning and flow testing is to remove any contaminants inside, or outside the injector that impede fuel flow, or degrade fuel spray pattern. While this is being performed, our testing accurately measures each injector's fuel flow ability, and maps the injector performance. Each injector is cleaned and checked for equal flow allowing the fuel supplied to each cylinder to remain consistent across each cylinder. It's not uncommon for a set of original equipment (OE) injectors to have an unacceptably wide range of fuel flow and it's possible to even have new injectors that do not function properly. This leads to bigger problems and a lack of performance! Each set of flow-matched injectors come with new o-rings, grommets, isolators, and pintle caps that are ready to be installed.

Very Happy
My Denso injectors came back with the paper flow matched and ready to install. Packaged very securely and turn around time was excellent. I’m very happy with the service I got, as with all my dealings with LCE. Thanks everyone !
