Engine Swap Header Kit
Every day more and more people are swapping newer engines into their old trucks, LC Engineering has developed a totally new header that will work with your newer 2RZ/3RZ in your old style Toyota Pickup or 4Runner. This is a high-quality header designed to get the most horsepower for your Toyota 2RZ/3RZ. There are other headers on the market but none will come close to the LC Engineering headers in terms of horsepower and torque gains.
Our swap header for the 3RZ is made from 1-5/8" 304 stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, and feature 1/2" thick flanges at the head and 3/8" thick 2 1/2" collector flanges that can be welded on. For the best performance, our headers are ceramic coated for long-lasting great looks and lower underhood temps. Kits include all gaskets needed for proper installation.

NOTE: Not Smog legal. Please understand that you will be doing custom work for the exhaust system, O2 sensor will be relocated. Welding will be required. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.

Your LC Engineering Street Performer Header Kit is supplied with the necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. This header kit replaces the stock exhaust manifold and connector tube. It is designed to bolt directly to your factory catalytic converter. This Header Kit utilizes all factory emission and oxygen sensor equipment in stock locations and performs to OEM requirements. Follow all factory service manual recommendations for removal of stock exhaust manifold. Reverse instructions for installation of LC Header Kit.
Exhaust Studs: Torque exhaust studs to 33ft-lbs. We also offer new header mounting studs if needed (part #1045030).
NOTE: LC Engineering does not recommend the use of header wraps.

This thing is killer
LCE has been known to made excellent headers. This thing is off the chain. No complaints and looking forward to using it in a swap with an 85 pickup.
