1" Pro Spiral Spacer
32/36 & 38
LC Engineering's spiral adapter was developed to enhance mid-range power, torque, and fuel efficiency. The unique dyno-proven spiral bore of the LC Engineering adapter causes the incoming air-charge to spin as it passes through the body. This beneficial air charge carries all the way into the combustion chamber which produces a super atomized mixture, which produces gains in mid-range power and overall efficiency. LC Engineering's in-house dyno showed gains of 5 horsepower and 6 Ft-Lbs. of torque! All adapter kits are manufactured from aircraft quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Each kit comes with all the necessary gaskets, hardware, and precision brackets to maintain proper throttle and cruise control geometry. Kits can be installed in less than one hour, with no drilling or cutting required.

Kit Includes:
(1) Teflon Weber 32/36/38 Base Gasket(4) 5/16-18 Nylock
(6) M8 Flat Washer
(4) 5/16-18 x2-1/2 Stud
(2) M8-1.25 x 30mm Hex Cap Screw
(2) Throttle Bracket Spacer - 3/4" OD x 1/3" ID x 1/2" Tall
(1) LCE Pro Spiral Spacer - 1" Weber Carb. Spacer (Weber to Weber Flange) (1) Weber 38 Base Gasket
Installation:
- Thread 5/16" x 2 ½" studs completely into the manifold using a red Loctite.
- Place Teflon (white) gasket over studs onto manifold.
- Place 1" carb. spacer onto manifold.
- Place paper style gasket onto carb spacer.
- Install the carb. onto manifold and tighten using (4) flat washers and 5/16" nylocks.
- Install the throttle linkage using the spacers, 8mm bolts and washers to raise the linkage off of the manifold for correct placement with the carb.
- Complete installation of fuel lines and other related components.
- Check for fuel leaks.

Good product
I bought two of the spacers for a special engine project being built. Quality is outstanding, instructions are clear and precise. For my application, I couldn't be happier.

Worth it!
Installed under a Weber 32/36 in a Datsun pickup. The whole kit and hardware is top notch. The part-throttle and mid-throttle response during driving is noticeable. The spacer itself seems to remain rather cool, and sometimes will sweat water beads on the outside of it. I imagine that it acts as a heat sink as well for the intake charge. Overall, I love it. My throttle is more touchy and my truck seems to want to keep revving higher in the mid range. A great and fun mod to get more out of your carb.

The spacer is a work of art
I bought this spacer for a ranger 2.3l with a Weber carb on top. It not only worked and performed amazing. But it looks like its a show piece. The machining and logo makes it look super rad and really stands out.

Installed LCE Weber spacer on 1980 Fiat Spider
Cant say enough good things about it. I installed this LCE spacer on a 1980 Fiat Spider after the Weber 32/36 Carb upgrade. I allowed a better throttle linkage angle and it waked up the Spider. There is a nice growl at WOT and there is a noticeable increase on the 2500 to 4000 RPM torque band. The car feels different and more responsive. Part was the carb upgrade but I installed the spacer after and noticed a significant difference on the above RPM range. Regardless I would purchase just for the amazing sound the spiral cuts produce Thank you LCE for the excellent craftmanship on this product. Thanks.

Amazing quality
Recieved my spacer a few days after ordering and the quality is outstanding. Maybe a little pricy for a weber manifold spacer on 68 baja bug....but for the clearance needed for my electric choke, plus it just looks awesome, well worth it. Solid purchase, will buy more from LC Engineering in the future.
