NOTE: Please remember to always grease the inner diameter of the seal before installation. Do not grease the outer diameter.

    I purchased two other seals from major retail stores before I purchased this Eco seal. One leaked like an open faucet and the other one dripped constantly. This seal fit tightly on the flange and far surpasses the quality of the first two seals. Don't waste your time with other seals. Buy this and be done.
