Pro Flow Exhaust System
All of our Pro Flow Exhaust Systems are made with 409 stainless steel tubing, 426 stainless steel straight-through Magnaflow muffler and 3/8" thick mild steel flanges. The straight-through design of the Magnaflow muffler offers the highest flow while still maintaining a smooth, yet authoritative tone without attracting unwanted attention. They are then ceramic coated for long lasting good looks and protection from the elements. LC Engineering designs our kits to be a direct fit application that requires little or no modifications, and uses factory exhaust hanger locations. This bolts up behind your factory catalytic converter or one of our high flow performance catalytic converters. This exhaust system features 2-1/2" tubing with a 3" polished stainless tip. Every kit is shipped complete with all the instructions and hardware you will need for a quick and easy installation process.
NOTE: This kit is designed as a direct bolt on for all Cab styles. From Standard cab trucks to double and access cab, the front extension pipe can be trimmed to the appropriate length. This kit will not fit the 2016 + models.

Installation:
-
1. Remove the stock exhaust system from the catalytic converter back. Be careful not to damage the hangers or brackets.
2. Install the muffler in the stock location, using the rubber grommets from the original system. The muffler will sit vertically with the two hangers towards top.
3. Attach the tailpipe section to the muffler using the supplied gasket & hardware. Hang the rear tail pipe section to the factory rubber hangers using the supplied clamp & hanger assembly for your vehicle's year (see picture). Leave the clamp and bolts loose.
4. Check alignment and location of muffler and tailpipe. Hangers may require a slight adjustment for proper alignment.
5. Install the S-pipe into the muffler slip fit inlet make sure that it is in past the slit in the muffler inlet. The kit comes with a long straight pipe (intermediate pipe) to connect the catalytic converter to the S-pipe assembly. The pipe will need to be cut short for some cab configurations. Once you have the S-pipe muffler & tailpipe section installed, you can determine where to cut the intermediate pipe. When cutting the pipe, make sure to leave 1.5"-2" extra to go inside the swedged end of the S-pipe assembly.
6. Once you've cut the intermediate pipe to the correct length, Install the intermediate pipe section to the S-pipe using the supplied clamp. Leave clamp loose. Attach the intermediate pipe section to the catalytic convertor using the gasket & hardware provided. Leave loose.
7. Check the clearance of your Pro Flow Exhaust System to the floor pan, chassis components, parking brake cable assembly, driveshaft, etc. Adjust system as needed.
8. Tighten bolts and then firmly tighten the exhaust clamps.
9. Start engine and check for exhaust leaks. Tighten flanges and clamps as needed.
NOTE: This system is designed to fit all cab and bed configurations. The front intermediate pipe section will have to be cut to length for some applications. LC Engineering recommends using O2 safe, high-temperature silicon on slip connections to prevent small exhaust leaks.

Pipe system
Turns out if you lop the female flange off the original system and weld it to the factory tail pipe tip and cut reliefs in it, theres enough piping in the kit to delete the second cat which you can sell for a few hundo. Truck sounds great and next up is the header.

Very good looking
The main reason I wanted this system was to replace my slowly disintegrating muffler and tailpipe on my 2006 2.7 Tacoma. It came nicely packaged and the coating on everything feels and looks very premium. There was a little scuffing on the chrome exhaust tip however, but not a big deal for me. This looks so much better than the old rusty exhaust, and the sound is so much better too. I was not expecting such a big difference in sound. It gives the truck a throaty deep sound, but I do not think it’s too loud for daily driving. Overall, the installation went a lot faster than I thought it would. I knew I would have problems with getting the original flange bolts off the back of the cat because they were so rusted. I skipped trying to stick a socket on them and just cut them in half at the base of the nut near the flange with a cut off wheel. After that, the removal of the old and installation of the new cat back went like a breeze.

Nice sounding exhaust for a 4 cylinder
Installed on a 2015 shortly after the LCE street header. Fairly easy to install, only took about 2 hours. Sounds pretty nice for a 4 cylinder truck. It can be relatively quiet if you're easy on the gas, and reasonably loud if you stomp the gas and hit higher rpms. All necessary gaskets, clamps, nuts/bolts were supplied and worked well.

Quality exhaust at a great price, and top quality!
I looked for a while to find a new exhaust for my 05 2.7 tacoma reg cab short bed. There are not too many offered. This exhaust is superb quality and it comes with everything i needed for the install. I installed it in less than an hour with my 13 year olds help. The sound is perfect it's not too loud and even at highway speeds it does not drone in the cab. The stainless pipe is excellent quality and is ceramic coated end to end. I am very satisfied with this just like every other LCE product we have purchased. LCE makes the highest quality Toyota parts avaliable today!

Installation Pro Flow Exhaust
The only kit I could find that fits a regular cab. Kit has all you need, including gaskets, nuts and bolts. Some difficulty getting the 2 slip joints fully seated and the pipes lined up working on the floor under the truck. Use exhaust assembly paste to ensure good seals. Sound is deeper and louder but acceptable, even at hi-way speeds, for me.

Great product!
Exhaust system sounds awesome now, I bought my truck about a week ago and the exhaust was the first mod I made on it. Couldn't be happier with this one. Easy to put on and cutting the pipe was no problem. Packaging was perfect as well.
