The header is where a meaningful exhaust upgrade begins. Stock exhaust manifolds restrict airflow right from the source, limiting how well your engine can breathe. 2nd Gen Tacoma Exhaust Cat Back and Muffler Options

Our cat back systems for the 2005 to 2015 Tacoma are available in multiple configurations including single side exit and dual exit setups. We carry Magnaflow systems in both Street Series and Overland Series, giving you options whether you are daily driving or hitting the trails. Standalone muffler upgrades are also available if you want to change sound character without replacing the full system. Our cat back and muffler sections include:

  • Cat back systems for 4.0L V6 and 2.7L 4 cylinder fitments across Base, Pre Runner, X Runner and TRD Pro trims from 2005 to 2015

Cracked manifolds and blown gaskets are common issues on aging second gen Tacomas. We stock OEM Toyota exhaust manifolds for the 4.0L V6 1GR engine in both driver side and passenger side fitments for 2009 to 2015 models. 

We also carry a full selection of exhaust gaskets and hardware designed to seal correctly and hold up to high heat. Keeping your manifold surfaces sealed tight prevents power loss and keeps exhaust fumes where they belong.
