High-RPM race engines often overdrive the water pump, leading to cooling system cavitation and inefficiency. Our Billet Aluminum Underdrive Pulleys resolve this by reducing water pump and alternator RPM, ensuring superior cooling and reclaimed horsepower. Additionally, the lightweight design of these pulleys minimizes rotational mass for quicker throttle response.

• Integrated Degree Wheel: The crank pulley features a built-in degree wheel, allowing you to identify Top Dead Center (TDC) and time your engine with precision.
• Premium Construction: Each 4" crank pulley is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a hard-anodized coating for maximum wear resistance.
• Comprehensive Kit: Includes a 7" billet water pump pulley, 4" crank pulley (single, dual, or triple groove), adjustable timing tag, front balancer bolt, and drive belt.

Pulley Configuration Options

Choose the configuration that best fits your accessory drive requirements:

• Single Groove: Designed for race-only applications running an alternator without power steering or additional accessories.
• Double Groove: High-performance configuration for engines with an alternator and A/C (or custom accessory), but no power steering.
• Triple Groove: Full-accessory setup for engines running an alternator, A/C, and power steering.

Important Technical Notes

• Compatibility: The 7" pulley kits are not compatible with the factory power steering pump.
• Operating Range: This kit is engineered strictly for high-RPM race applications.
• Charging System: Designed for use with an alternator.
