Intake Manifold Plug Kit
(Carbureted)
This plug kit comes with all the necessary plugs for stock or Offenhauser intake manifolds. The picture shows an Offenhauser manifold with the plug locations. This picture accounts for the most common plug locations. We also include a few extra 3/8" JSPT straight plugs. These are sometimes used in the thermostat housings and/or stock manifold applications. You will notice that there are two different types of 3/8" plugs, a shouldered and a straight. There are two holes that need this shouldered plug to seal. If you look on the picture you will see that there is a "step" in the hole that the shoulder seals on. If you use a straight plug on these holes it will not seal properly.
NOTE: This plug kit is for a 22R only, if you need one for a 20R, you will need Part #: 1032051. If you have a 22RE EFi then you will need Part #: 1032052.

I was lucky enough to have a friend who knew the best way to use the system. I think that you should include a diagram of the subject. It is kind of overwhelming to someone who has not done this before.

Perfection!
Bother great kit offered by LCE. After having my I take powder coated and removed all the old obnoxious EGR plugs, this kit really cleaned it up well. A must when doing the EGR delete on your 22R

Plugs all worked fine. Good for the person who doesn't feel like hunting the right ones down.

22r stock intake manifold plugs
Threaded plugs worked great, I sealed them dope, tape, dope as I always do as to try to eliminate any variables. I have purchased low quality fittings in the past that still leak regardless. LCE's fittings are anything but, true quality and craftsmanship in everything I've purchased from them. Would recomend to anyone.
