Tacoma Street Header Kit
(50 State Legal 1995 - 1999)
This high-quality header is a long tube design to get the most horsepower for your Tacoma. There are other headers on the market but none will come close to the LC Engineering long tube in terms of horsepower and torque gains. This header kit will come with new OE the gaskets needed for install.
All the same quality components used in our 22R line are now available for your 2RZ or 3RZ engine. Our header kits for the 3RZ are made from 1-5/8" 304 stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, and feature 1/2" thick flanges at the head and 3/8" thick flanges at the collector. 3RZ header has a 2 1/2" collector to bolt to the factory catalytic converter. For the best performance, our headers are ceramic coated for long-lasting great looks and lower underhood temps. Kits include all gaskets needed for proper installation. LC Engineering 2RZ/3RZ header kits are a direct fit on single catalytic trucks only. Trucks with dual catalytic converter applications will require modification to use LC Engineering's header kit.
NOTE: Not a direct fit for vehicles with dual catalytic converters. 2RZ and 3RZ header kits are 49-state legal for all years, but CARB legal in California only for 1995-1999 Single Catalytic Converter trucks. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.

Your LC Engineering Street Performer Header Kit is supplied with the necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. This header kit replaces the stock exhaust manifold and connector tube. It is designed to bolt directly to your factory catalytic converter. This Header Kit utilizes all factory emission and oxygen sensor equipment in stock locations and performs to OEM requirements. Follow all factory service manual recommendations for removal of stock exhaust manifold. Reverse instructions for installation of LC Header Kit.
Exhaust Studs: Torque exhaust studs to 33ft-lbs. We also offer new header mounting studs if needed (part #1045030).
NOTE: LC Engineering does not recommend the use of header wraps.

LCE header
I have had this header on for two years now and it is still in excellent shape and the power difference on my 99 tacoma was significant, i love the way it changed the sound of my truck.i buy LCE headers for every toyota i own thanks for a great product LC

Headers Back
Ordered lce headers, cat, and pro flow exhaust. Removing my New England nasty rust bucket from my 98 Tacoma took a few hours and many broken bolts later. The new system went on smoothly. My blown out suspension did not allow the tail pipe to clear my leaf springs so it is currently hanging, however a lift kit is enroute to remedy this problem. Super fast shipping and a great product, will definitely be a repeat customer. Hopefully I can talk my girlfriend in to upgrading her Tacoma. Thanks again!

3RZ header
I ever had headers that were very ''shitty' compared to this one. Good quality, efficiency and looks great. If your stock manifold is cracked, don't hesitate to upgrade with this one!

3RZ header 97 tacoma
Incredible product! Amazed at the craftsmanship of this header...got here fast...although they forgot to send my head studs with it, Wes took care of that right away and I got those a couple days later. Big thanks to Wes, great customer service! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Have yet to experience the gains from it but I know I will be very satisfied once my LCE header is installed.

This header is very well made and drops dead level below. You can feel that there is a power increase as well. I paired this with a magnaflow 22" muffler and my little 2.7 has a nice deep rumble to it.

Good Header
Ive had this header for about 3 years and put it through about 40k miles of off-road abuse with zero leaks, zero problems.

95-04 Header
Great product and fit perfect!!! Very nice clean craftsmanship no burs and clean look. It seemed to perk the little 2.7 up. I don't know how much of a power gain it gave, but it's enough you can feel from the bottom to top of the RPM range.
