Time to rebuild that tired engine but you are on a tight budget? No worries, LC Engineering has you covered! These Economy Master Rebuild Kits offer the high-quality parts you expect from LC but with a lower cost to help your budget stay on track. These Master Rebuild Kits are highly customizable.

Kit Includes:

Street Hyper Pistons: Hypereutectic process allows for a much stronger piston that will not absorb as much heat as a cast style piston. That means you can make more power with less wear on your engine!! Our 5VZ Street Hyper Pistons also feature an anodized top deck for even more strength and durability. As the compression ratios for late model engines increase, more pressure and heat are placed on the piston. By adding this anodization process, we can protect your engine from these conditions and make your engine as strong as possible. Pistons come with new wrist pins, locks and are available in standard, +.020", +.030", or +.040" bore sizes.

Standard Piston Rings: Hastings piston rings are built with cast iron, chrome plated; barrel faced top compression rings. They have conventional cast iron second rings and 3-piece, standard-tension stainless steel oil rings. These ring sets are ideal for street use, race applications, and mild levels of nitrous or forced induction.

Main, Rod & Thrust BearingsThe Main bearings are available in standard, +.010, or +.020". Rod bearings are available in standard, +.010, +.020" or +.030". Thrust bearing all come in standard size.

Complete Gasket Kit: These high-quality gasket kits include composite head gaskets and all the other gaskets you need to re-assemble your engine.

MLS Head Gaskets: This kit comes with stock style replacement MLS head gaskets.

Timing Belt Kit: This includes a heavy-duty timing belt, idler, and mechanical tensioner assembly.

Oil Pump: A cheap oil pump can destroy your newly rebuilt engine, no worries with these high-quality pumps.

Water Pump: This is a brand new water pump. No re-manufactured pump that you have to send a core in for a refund. The pump also comes with a gasket.

Freeze Plugs: Complete set of Freeze Plugs are supplied.

NOTE: These are not a gapless ring set. OEM specifications vary, but surface finish requirements for MLS head gaskets are 8 microinches Ra or less.

NOTE: Does not include the Hydraulic Adjuster for the Timing Belt, though it is available separately: 1015071.
We do exchange unopened parts; All boxes are marked on the outside. You should verify the sizes needed before opening the boxes. Before doing any boring on the block, your machine shop should have the pistons in hand. We do not accept returns of any Standard sized pistons.
