Spiral Adapter
(Weber to 22R Stock Manifold)
LC Engineering's spiral adapter will adapt your Weber carburetor to any stock 22R intake manifold. This adapter will replace the standard Weber adapter that never wants to seal up properly. The unique dyno-proven spiral bore of the LC Engineering adapter causes the incoming air-charge to spin as it passes through the body. This beneficial air charge carries all the way into the combustion chamber which produces a super atomized mixture, which produces gains in mid-range power and overall efficiency. LC Engineering's in-house dyno showed gains of 5 horsepower and 6 Ft-Lbs. of torque! All adapter kits are manufactured from aircraft quality billet 6061-T6 aluminum. CNC-Machined to provide a better gasket seal and less vacuum leaks than the cheap Weber adapter. Each kit comes with all the necessary gaskets, hardware, and precision brackets to maintain proper throttle and cruise control geometry. Kits can be installed in less than one hour, with no drilling or cutting required.

Installation:
- Disconnecting battery and set the emergency brake.
- Remove air cleaner assembly.
- Remove carburetor and clean gasket surfaces. Do not allow debris to enter the intake plenum! Insert a shop rag, or towel to keep debris from falling into the intake.Be sure to remove rag before installing adapter!
- Install base gasket(#1) and adapter base(#2) to manifold using the hardware provided. Notice in the illustration the orientation of the base plate: the large hole is closest to the cylinder head, allenhead bolts go closest to the head on top, two hex bolts with wave washers thread in from the bottom. Use a small amount of thread locking compound to prevent studs from backing out.
- Install the top plate(#4) and gasket(#3) using the (4) 6mmallen bolts provided.
- Install the four 8mm double-end studs into the top plate. Use a small amount of thread locking compound on the studs.
- Remove throttle cable bell crank assembly (2 bolts)
- Using the spacers provided with the 8mm bolts and flat washers, reinstall the Throttle Cable bell crank assembly. This relocates the height to match the carburetor adapter.
- Install the carburetor with the new gasket (#5) provided with the flat washers and nylock nuts.
- Reconnect all vacuum lines, fuel lines, and linkages that may have been removed.
- Install air cleaner.
- Reconnect battery, start the engine, check for fuel and vacuum leaks.

Weber to 22r intake
Ty LCE! Finally can tune my engine. New head, carb, DUI distributor, LCE header, and rebuilt engine I couldn't adjust or get any gains because of that stupid adaptor Weber provides. After installing LCE spacer my truck runs awesome. Best $ I spent. Can't believe Weber even sends there adaptor out. They should be embarrassed!

Spiral Adapter
O my god, I cant believe the boost this thing gave me. My Redline adapter was leaking slightly so I replaced it with this, and im here to tell you the gain in free HP is AMAZEING. If you have a weber you NEED this adapter. Also it does make your air cleaner sit up about 3/4 inch higher just FYI.

First off, customer service is excellent. The product itself is the best. The carburetor base gasket they have designed is the key, combined with their high quality adapter it prevents vacuum leaks created by other adapters (Redline). I am a certified master technician and doubted the product in the beginning but once talking to customer service, seeing the adapter myself and installing it, I would recommend it to anyone.
