Transform your Toyota 22R into a torque-driven powerhouse with the LC Engineering Street Stroker Kit. By Increasing the stroke by 5mm (approx. 1/4"), this kit adds up to 25 ft-lbs of torque, providing the grunt needed for demanding 4x4 trails or the rapid acceleration required for the circle track racing. Engineered for versatility, this kit is fully compatible with factory EFI systems and requires no adverse modifications to your engine management.

 

Component Breakdown

Precision Street Stroker Crankshaft

  • The Power of the Stroke: A custom-cast crankshaft designed specifically for LC Engineering, offering 5 mm more stroke than stock.
  • Superior Finish: Each journal is precision ground to factory standard sizes and micro-polished to a mirror finish to maximize bearing life.
  • Reliability: Heat-treated and balanced for smooth operation. Includes new crank plugs and keyways.

-Note: We highly recommend pairing this with our Crank Scraper (part number: 1013022) to manage oil windage.

 

LCE H-Beam Connecting Rods

  • Forged Strength: Manufactured from 4340 Chrome-moly steel using a two-piece forging process for superior fatigue life.
  • Lightweight Performance: These rods are 86g lighter than stock (reducing rotating mass by nearly 3/4 lb), leading to faster revving and quicker throttle response
  • Hardware: Includes 7/16" ARP 8740 bolts (210,000 psi tensile strength) and silicon bronze bushings for floating pins.
  • Precision: Weight-matched end-to-end within +/-5 grams.

 

Forged Stroker Pistons (93mm/+.040")

  • Ultimate Durability: High-strength aluminum forgings designed to withstand higher heat and stress than cast pistons. 
  • Advanced Features: Fully CNC machined with double pin oilers, accumulator grooved, and gas nitride rings.
  • Compression: 9.7:1 ratio-ideal for high-performance naturally aspirated builds.

 

Dual Row Timing Chain Upgrade

Replace the failure-prone single row chain with LCE's heavy-duty dual row conversion.
