Specifically engineered for boosted applications, this kit increases stroke by 5mm (1/4"), adding up to 25 ft-lbs of torque. This extra displacement translates to faster spool times, more pulling power for 4x4's, and improved acceleration across the powerband-all while remaining compatible with your factory EFI system.

 

Component Breakdown

Street Stroker Crankshaft

  • Increased Displacement: Our custom-cast crankshaft adds 5mm of stroke for usable, low-end power.
  • Race-Ready Finish: Precision ground to factory standard main and rod bearing sizes, then micro-polished to a mirror finish for reduced friction and extended bearing life.
  • Balanced Performance: Heat-treated and balanced for smooth, high-rpm operation. Includes new crank plugs and keyways.

-Note: Pairing with our Crank Scraper (Part number: 1013022) is highly recommended for optimal oil management.

 

LCE H-Beam Connecting Rods

  • Forged for Boost: 4340 Forged Chrome-moly steel construction using a two-piece forging process to ensure superior grain flow and fatigue resistance.
  • High-HP Capacity: Rated for up to 600HP, making them the ultimate upgrade for your daily driver or race truck.
  • Reduced Mass: At 86g lighter than stock, these rods reduce rotating mass by nearly 3/4 lb, resulting in instantaneous throttle repsonse and less bearing wear.
  • Hardware: Includes ARP 8740 rod bolts (210,000 psi) and silicon bronze bushings.

 

Forged Stroker Pistons (8.3:1 Compression)

  • Turbo Optimized: Low 8.3:1 compression ratio is specifically designed to handle high boost levels safely.
  • CNC Precision: Fully machined from high-strength aluminum forgings with double pin oilers and accumulator grooves.
  • Full Kit: Includes lightweight tool steel wrist pins, spiral locks, and gas nitride ring sets.

 

 

Dual Row Timing Chain Conversion

Reliability Upgrade: Replaces the failure-prone factory single row chain with a heavy-duty dual row setup.
