Idle Speed Adjusting Screw
(w/ O-Ring)
Is your Idle Speed Screw loosening by itself keeping the motor from idling properly? Is it stripped out from all of the adjustments over the years? Is it even on the throttle body anymore or did it fall out? LC Engineering is producing these custom Stainless Steel Idle Speed Screws on our CNC lathe to solve your problem. A new O ring is installed with a sealing lubricant prior to shipment. LC Engineering has added knurling to the end so no tools needed to adjust, just use your fingers. This is a must have for all 22RE/RTE engines! Follow factory service manual or decal under hood for idle adjustment procedure.

Throttle screw
Have had idle issues, the original screw o-ring was flattened out, thought this would be a nice replacement. Seems to work well with fine adjustment with your fingers. Will look to LCE for other upgrades to my 91 4x4 truck.

perfect solution
When your o-ring wears out... and it will... just save yourself the hassle and replace the whole screw with this thing. So much easier to fine-tune idle speed than with the stock screw.
