Idle Speed Adjusting Screw

(w/ O-Ring)

Is your Idle Speed Screw loosening by itself keeping the motor from idling properly? Is it stripped out from all of the adjustments over the years? Is it even on the throttle body anymore or did it fall out? LC Engineering is producing these custom Stainless Steel Idle Speed Screws on our CNC lathe to solve your problem. A new O ring is installed with a sealing lubricant prior to shipment. LC Engineering has added knurling to the end so no tools needed to adjust, just use your fingers. This is a must have for all 22RE/RTE engines! Follow factory service manual or decal under hood for idle adjustment procedure.

    Works flawlessly, very nice that you don’t have to get a flathead screwdriver if you need to adjust. Got the perfect length and grip so you can do it by hand. Quality piece and better idle after all those years

    Excellent custom made idle speed adjusting screw by LCE Engineering. Knurled end allows adjustments without tools.
