Idle Speed Adjusting Screw

Is your Idle Speed Screw loosening by itself keeping the motor from idling properly? Is it stripped out from all of the adjustments over the years? Is it even on the throttle body anymore or did it fall out? LC Engineering is producing these custom Stainless Steel Idle Speed Screws on our CNC lathe to solve your problem. A new O ring is installed with a sealing lubricant prior to shipment. LC Engineering has added knurling to the end so no tools needed to adjust, just use your fingers. This is a must have for all 22RE/RTE engines! Follow factory service manual or decal under hood for idle adjustment procedure.

I bought a header from you guys a little over a year ago. Very pleased with that. Fit great, performs great sounds great. Recently been having idle issues. Had to replace tps and iac. Got this throttle body idle speed screw to top it off. I want to get the throttle body and pro intake from you as well. Eventually a head and an entire motor. Love you guys. No matter how many hardware store o-rings or Teflon tape wraps you try you won’t get the quality, adjustability or ease of use this idle adjustment screw provides pull the trigger. looking back, I would do it sooner!

This is a great idea. Works awesome and makes adjusting the idle on my 86 4Runner so much easier.

Works on 3vze
I had a very loose idle adjuster screw and it kept dying like I had a vacuum leak I’d checked all the hoses then I saw how loose this was got it installed in 2 minutes mostly looking for tools immediately fixed the problem it’s in there tight and not surging at idle so if you have this problem on the 3vze it does work
