Unlike standard vertical adapters, this plate is precision-machined to maintain the factory 5-degree engine tilt found in stock a Tacoma. This ensures that your engine remains in its original orientation while allowing you to utilize the massive aftermarket support of GM drivetrains.

Conversion Requirements
- Torque Converter: Requires a custom converter to mate the GM transmission to the stock Toyota flexplate.
- Flexplate Alternative: Optionally, use a custom flexplate matching the GM converter bolt pattern.
- Pilot Support: A pilot spacer may be required to ensure the converter hub is properly seated in the crankshaft.
- Drivetrain Length: Modifications to your driveshaft length and crossmember positioning will be necessary.
- Support Systems: Requires a GM-specific shifter, throttle linkage (TV cable for 700R4), and an external transmission cooler.
