Flex Fan
(w/ Billet Spacer Kit)
Flex-a-lite high performance flex fans are designed to give you maximum airflow at low RPM, and the least amount of engine loading at high RPM. Less resistance at highway speeds equals more horsepower and better gas mileage. Flex fans pull additional air through the radiator at low RPM when the speed of the vehicle isn't enough to cool the engine's coolant system. At higher RPM, when the vehicle's speed forces ample air through the radiator, the fan blades flatten out, resulting in less power being used to spin the fan.
NOTE: By design, Flex Fans are noisier compared to a stock fan. Noise will not be a valid reason for the return of this item.

- Install hub and fan assembly on the water pump flange using the M6 hex bolts and M6 flat washers.

A rouge stick decided to jump up and take out my original plastic fan so I upgraded to this, now jumping sticks will become sawdust. Quality product, noise is a non issue...thanks LCE for keeping the 22s rocking!

Flex Fan-20R/22R/22RE Flex Fan With Billet Spacer
I have purchased various parts for my build from LC Engineering. i have called a few times to discuss questions i had with the staff. I can say without hesitation LC Engineering is TOP SHELF. My only regret is not buying the long block (which was not available when i was purchasing the long block, or the stage 2. however i have been extremely happy with the products and the staff. Thank you!

13 years later
After my wife went through some papers that had been around awhile she produced a 2007 gift certificate from LC that my best friend had given me for my Birthday in 2007!! I called customer support and sent the manager an email with a picture of my gift certificate. He said the system that it was issued under had been obsolete for over 10 years but LC would honor it!! So I purchased the flex fan conversion kit to keep my new 22R motor in my 1985 4x4 truck cool and protected! I texted my buddy and Thanked him for for my 2007 flex fan gift from LC for my Birthday and sent him a picture of the gift certificate from 2007. He replied "American made company taking care of people, outstanding"!! We both have Toyota's , he bought his new off the showroom floor in 1984, I lent him the money for the down payment!! LC Engineering has kept both of our rigs on the road in the past and will keep doing it into the future!! THANKS LC ENGINEERING and keep up the good work!!
