Fuel Pressure Bolt Kit

Ever wonder if the fuel regulator is doing its job? Not sure if you're getting the right fuel pressure at the fuel rail? This new fuel bolt kit is the solution to the problem. This kit will replace the banjo bolt on the cold start injector with a new stainless steel bolt that accepts a 1/8 NPT fitting.

NOTE: This kit includes the copper crush washers and Stainless Steel bolt. For the complete kit that includes the 1.5" pressure gauge, see Part #: 2019128.

Kit Contents:

  • (1) - LC Fuel Pressure Bolt
  • (2) - Copper Washers

When installing please make sure to remove OEM crush washer before installing the newly supplied crush washers. The bolt will need to be secured by a wrench when installing any components, Otherwise damage may occur on the fuel rail bolt if it is not properly supported when additional parts are installed. Fuel Pressure bolt should be torqued to no more than 22ft lbs. Check and inspect for any leaks.

    makes it easy to check fuel pressure on a 22RE. Made it so I can hook up my fuel pressure tester to it.

    OEM quality came with instructions 10 minute install...90 elbow is a separate add on ..Everything was included for install

    1988 landcruiser ''3f-e engine'' adapter is exactly what i wanted to check fuel pressure.pressure is 65 psi,way too high. check at coldstart injector.

    Fit as expected, using the stock port is the best way to get a fuel prassure tap without any hose modification.
