Holley Fuel Pressure Regulator Gauge Kit

If you are running a Weber carburetor on your Toyota truck, this kit is a must-have and a great way to keep your fuel system running right. Weber carbs work best in the 2.5-3psi range. This kit provides you everything you need to dial in the fuel pressure accurately to help your carburetor perform at its peak. This kit includes a low-pressure gauge so you will know exactly how much pressure your fuel system is delivering to your carb, and this is very important when you are trying to correctly tune your carb to achieve peak performance.
NOTE: This gauge is intended to be used as a tool. Premature failure may result from leaving the gauge installed under the hood. Not for use in the cabin of the vehicle. If you need the regulator by itself, see Part #: 1035058.

Kit Contents:
- (1) - LC Low Pressure Fuel Gauge
- (1) - Fuel Pressure Gauge "T" Fitting
- (1) - Hex Socket Pipe Plug
To install, simply cut fuel delivery hose and place in-line. If you're installing a regulator, you'll want to install a "T" Fitting after regulator. You may have to "walk-it" onto each end of the fitting as it'll be very tight. Once "T" fitting is in place, thread gauge in.
NOTE: Do not use hand to tighten gauge. Failure to do so could result in damage to gauge. Please use wrench on backside of gauge to tighten.
After fuel pressure is set, remove gauge and plug w/ provided pipe plug. Leaving the gauge installed will result in gauge failure.

Great product and quick delivery. As delivered, the kit does not fit well with locations of fuel pump, Weber carb intake, and radiator hose. Being a fabricator, I built a stand off mount for the regulator. Using brass plumbing parts, I was able to route hoses cleanly around aforementioned obstructions. If sales of this part for use with Toyota trucks is a common procedure, it might serve the company to add these parts to the kit to make for a much simpler installation. I doubt most people would have the tools or know how to do what I did.

Exactly what I needed!!
I'm running a 32/36 Weber carb on my 1986 Suzuki Samurai and was told that the weber's run best at 2.5 - 3 lbs. of fuel pressure. The oem fuel pump pushes between 4 - 6 psi and is too much for the carb. Everything shipped fast. Good price on package deal!! -Brandon
