K&N Valve Cover Breather
(Front of Valve Cover w/ Adapter)
K&N crankcase vent filters are perfect for racing applications, vintage cars or individuals who want to add some aesthetics to their classic carbureted engine. The 62-1370 crankcase vent filter has a K&N embossed chrome-plated steel top with a black rubber base. The 1 inch diameter zinc tube is designed to push in and clamp directly on to metal or plastic tubing where venting is needed. Constructed with a synthetic filter media it can be cleaned and reused repeatedly. This K&N Rubber Base Crankcase Vent Filter and adapter is designed to clamp directly to metal nipple on the front of the valve cover. When using dual carburetors or performance type single carburetors, this Crank Case Breather (with chrome top), should be installed in place of the vent tube located at the front of the valve cover just behind the oil filler cap. We also offer a breather that will fit in the factory PCV grommet for race applications.

Great Fit
This is a great product for the front of my valve cover. Fits just right on my 81' 22R.

A quick appearance upgrade
Easy to install. Looks nice on top of the valve cover. The o-ring in the adapter didn't push down over the nipple on the valve cover, so I just pushed down on the adapter and tightened the set screw. The o-ring should still seal from any dirt entering the engine.
