Street Header Kit
(50 State Legal 1995 - 1999)
This is the highest quality Stainless Steel Header for your 2RZ engine. The long tube design of this header is the best for horsepower and torque. The header kit for the 2RZ are made from 1-5/8" 304 stainless steel tubing, 16 gauge .065 wall, and feature 1/2" thick flanges at the head and 3/8" thick flanges at the collector. The 2RZ header has a 2 1/4" collector to bolt to the factory catalytic converter. For the best performance this header is ceramic coated for long-lasting great looks and lower under hood temps.
NOTE: 2RZ and 3RZ header kits are 49-state legal for all years, but only CARB legal in California for 95-99 Single Catalytic Converter trucks. Direct Fit on Manual Transmissions only. Automatic Transmissions may have to modify the Transmission Fluid Dipstick in order to clear the header. Kit will include all gaskets needed for proper installation. LC Engineering 2RZ/3RZ header kits are a direct fit on single catalytic trucks only. Trucks with dual catalytic converter applications will require modification to use LC Engineering's header kit. LC Engineering does NOT recommend wrapping our headers with any sort of exhaust wrap. Doing so will increase the likelihood of a premature failure of the header, as it holds contaminants to the exhaust tubing and increases the chances of corrosion. Exhaust wraps will void any and all warranty claims.

Your LC Engineering Street Performer Header Kit is supplied with the necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. This header kit replaces the stock exhaust manifold and connector tube. It is designed to bolt directly to your factory catalytic converter. This Header Kit utilizes all factory emission and oxygen sensor equipment in stock locations and performs to OEM requirements. Follow all factory service manual recommendations for removal of stock exhaust manifold. Reverse instructions for installation of LC Header Kit.
Exhaust Studs: Torque exhaust studs to 33ft-lbs. We also offer new header mounting studs if needed (part #1045030).
NOTE: LC Engineering does not recommend the use of header wraps.

Awesome header! So so header gasket…
The header is amazing no doubt and after install, there’s a noticeable difference in performance and sound. My only gripe is with the OEM header gasket. It wasn’t pressed square at the factory so modifications on the bolt holes with a dremel tool were necessary for correct figment which slightly compromised the integrity of the gasket. This should be noted. 5 stars for the header, 4 stars for the gasket. 5 stars for LCE though all the way. It seems like I’m going to be spending a lot of money with this company. Killer parts and service. Thank you LCE!

Major power boost and noticably better MPG
Prior to installing these headers on my 2004 2RZFE engine, I installed a K&N CAI and the LCE catback Exhaust with the Magnaflow Muffler. Those 2 kits added a small, but noticable boost in performance and MPG. However, when I found the time to install these headers on my engine is when everything came to life! The truck is no longer sluggish and is actually fun to drive! Not to mention it low-key sounds like a Supra now 😂. Dyno numbers took me from 210.3 WHP + 208.4 torque to 226.4 WHP + 223.9 torque. Was able to keep both factory cats by cutting and welding.
