Whether you are looking to breathe new life into your 1995-2004 4-cylinder truck or executing a clean engine swap inti an older Toyota Pickup or 4Runner, LCE Performance has you covered. We are excited to introduce our Stage 1 Series 2RZ Long Blocks.

This build delivers the tried-and-true performance you expect from a premium Toyota powerplant, infused with engineered upgrades that yield a 21% increase in horsepower and a 14% increase in torque. If you're worried that extra power means sacrificing daily drivability, fret not-these engines are built to remain just as bulletproof as the day they rolled off the factory assembly line.

Available with your choice of a 4-port or 8-port cylinder head.

Engine Build Specifications

All LCE Street Long Block Engines are meticulously assembled in-house with the following premium components:

• Bottom End: OEM Crankshaft, OEM Connecting Rods, and upgraded Hypereutectic Pistons.
• Oil & Vibration Management: Full Balance Shaft Removal kit installed for reduced rotational mass, plus a complete Oil Pan and a custom LCE Billet Oil Cap.
• Timing Components: Heavy-duty OSK Timing Chain Kit paired with a fresh OEM Timing Cover.
• Cylinder Head: Upgraded LCE Stage 2 Cylinder Head secured with ultra-strong ARP Head Studs.
• Valvetrain Assembly: Equipped with Stage 1 Camshafts, 38.5mm Stainless Steel Intake Valves, 31.55mm Exhaust Valves, and all-new Shim-Under-Bucket style valvetrain components.
• Ignition & Dress-Up: Premium NGK Spark Plugs and a clean OEM Valve Cover.

Tech & Installation Notes

• Long Block Configuration: As a general rule, all LC Engineering long blocks arrive fully assembled from the valve cover down to the oil pan. They do not include external induction, exhaust, or primary ignition systems.
• Required Core Swaps: To complete the installation, you will need to transfer several components from your original engine. This includes your intake manifold, exhaust manifold/header, distributor (if applicable), alternator, power steering pump, and A/C compressor.
