Toyota 22R/22RE Long Block Installation Notes
This is a long block engine replacement. The following components must be transferred from your original engine: intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, alternator, power steering pump (if equipped), and A/C compressor (if equipped). Intake, exhaust, and ignition are not included. Browse our 1989-1995 Pickup fuel and air parts and gaskets and seals to pick up anything you need for the swap.
22R Carbureted Setups: An electric fuel pump is required. The mechanical fuel pump port will be blocked off and the eccentric will not be installed.
Oil Sender: Port is plugged for assembly and shipping.
