Another great purchase
I had recently purchased an Ohio Generater built alternator for my 22re, supposedly, that would bolt in. It didn't. Luckily the guys at LCE hooked me up with the right parts to get it going.

Great part
I put in a one wire alternator about three years ago using the trail gear, steel bracket and everything was fine until I came home to Colorado and experienced a cold winter, the part snapped at the center weld. I figured it was a faulty part so I ordered another one and this winter same exact thing happened on a very cold day, but this billet aluminum part that LC engineering is making is very beefy and looks like it’s going to hold nicely and looks great installed. I actually didn’t expect it to be so nice. I’m very very happy. Very good price and very fast shipping.

LCE Finally Did It!
For all of us who have used the "other" chevy alternator bracket, this is what we've been waiting for. The quality is that of a stock Toyota part and it is clearly stronger than the "other" one with the very weak welded tab. This thing is beefy! Compare them and it is an easy decision to choose the LCE bracket. I run 150 amp Powermaster alternator and it keeps both batteries in my motorhome charged much better than the 60 amp stock one did. I can't recommend this upgrade enough!
