Package Components: 

  • LC Engineering Street Header (50-State Emissions Legal): A computer-designed, 4-into-1 tuned exhaust header. CNC mandrel-bent from heavy-duty 16-gauge T304 stainless steel tubing (1" primaries) mated to a massive 1/2" thick cylinder head flange and a 2" collector. The ceramic-coated finish maximizes heat retention within the tubes to accelerate exhaust gas velocity while protecting under-hood components from thermal degradation. Includes the matching mid-pipe, gasket flanges, and installation clamps.
  • LC Engineering Billet Big Bore Throttle Body: Delivers a 12% increase in airflow directly into the intake plenum. Manufactured as a 100% brand new unit with upgraded mechanical components for thousands of miles of trouble-free operation. Includes a new throttle body gasket and Idle Air Control (IAC) valve O-ring. No core charge required.
  • LC Engineering EFI Pro Camshaft: The most aggressive camshaft profile available that remains fully compatible with the factory ECU, stock engine internals, and fuel maps. These are ground from brand new billet blanks (never re-grinds) and undergo a double heat-treatment process for maximum lobe durability.
  • LC Engineering EFI Pro AIR Intake Kit: Replaces the restrictive factory airbox and plastic intake tract with a high-flow, mandrel-bent stainless steel intake tube. Features a premium open-element K&N air filter and a custom-engineered vehicle specific mounting bracket.

Critical Tech & Installation Notes

Radiator Clearance & Fitment Notice: Some aftermarket aluminum radiators feature thicker cores or alternative mounting positions that sit too far back from the core support, which can interfere with the Pro Air Intake Tube. Please verify that the gap between your radiator and the front core support is less than 1 inch before ordering. If clearance is an issue, consider switching to an LCE heavy-duty three-core radiator, which mimics OEM factory geometry to ensure a perfect fit.

Camshaft Warranty Requirements: LC Engineering strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding camshaft installation. To maintain and validate your camshaft warranty, you must purchase and install either new genuine Toyota rocker arms or a complete LCE rocker arm assembly at the exact same time this power package is purchases. Installing a new billet camshaft on worn, used rocker arms will cause premature lobe wiping and voids all warranties.
