Instead of simply refurbishing a high-mileage unit, this kit allows you to swap out your older TVS 1900 head unit for Magnuson's massively efficient TVS2650 rotating assembly. Magnuson engineers developed an all-new high-speed airflow distribution housing around this massive rotor group. Utilizing patented Dynamic Flow Technology (DFT), the housing features precision-optimized inlet porting and a massive, unrestricted discharge port. This layout evenly distributes high-velocity air across a custom, oversized charge-air intercooler core equipped with billet endcaps. The redesigned supercharger lid also incorporates dual 3/4" coolant inlet and outlet ports, maximizing fluid flow to guarantee ultra-low intake air temperatures under heavy-loads, towing, or high-boost track conditions.

This kit utilizes an integrated vacuum bypass system for lightning-fast boost response. At engine idle and part-throttle cruising, the system automatically unloads the supercharger to eliminate parasitic drag and optimize fuel economy. Intercooled bypass air is continuously recirculated through the housing for rapid cooldowns, ensuring ultimate performance the exact moment you mash the throttle.

• Mandatory System Requirements: This is a Performance Upgrade Kit only, not a complete, standalone supercharger system. The vehicle must have a previously installed TVS1900 TRD or Magnuson Supercharger system in place. This package is designed to seamlessly connect the new TVS2650 head unit to your existing, pre-installed front-end accessory drive (FEAD) and intercooler cooling infrastructure.
