Engineered for the most demanding off-road builds, the Power Flow 1,650 PSI Pump is designed specifically for vehicles equipped with full hydraulic steering systems. This pump provides a consistent, steady flow across the entire RPM range without early bypassing. Built with heavy-duty steel internals and oversized bushings, it is designed to handle high-horsepower motors and significant shaft side loads that would cause standard pumps to fail.
Premium Serpentine Pulley
Included with this pump is a precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum pulley. Anodized black for maximum corrosion resistance, this 4-3/4" pulley is designed for the 4-rib serpentine belt system found on the Toyota 2.7L (3RZ-FE) Tacoma and other common 4-rib applications.

Critical Fitment & Warranty Information
- Steering Compatibility: This pump is designed exclusively for full hydraulic steering. The 1,650 PSI output is too high for stock or ram-assist steering systems.
- Mounting: This unit will not fit in the stock Tacoma bracket, if you are not already using a Power Flow system, we recommend the full LCE Tacoma Power Flow Pump Kit.
- Fluid Requirements: Use standard power steering fluid only. The use of ATF or semi-synthetic blends will void the warranty.
- Pulley Installation: You must use a professional power steering pulley installer. Using any other method (such as a press or hammer) will void the warranty.
- RPM Limit: Do not exceed 8,000 pump RPM. For custom builds, calculate your pulley ratios carefully to stay within this limit.
