Power Flow High-Performance Power Steering Pump | 1,650 PSI (w/o Pulley)

Engineered for the most demanding off-road builds, the Power Flow 1650 PSI Pump delivers the ultimate in steering performance. Designed specifically for vehicles equipped with full hydraulic steering systems, this pump provides a consistent, steady flow across the entire RPM range without early bypassing. Built with heavy-duty steel internals and oversized bushings, it is designed to handle high-horsepower motors and significant shaft side loads that would cause standard pumps to fail.

Advanced Engineering & Durability

  • Endurance Tested: Proven to perform under extreme conditions, this pump has been endurance tested at temperatures up to 400°F.
  • High Flow Rate: Features one of the highest flow rates in the industry, ensuring your steering remains responsive during technical maneuvers.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction: The steel body increases reliability and decreases internal wear, while oversized bushings support high-load applications.
  • Direct "TC" & "CB" Replacement: Designed as a heavy-duty upgrade for "TC" and "CB" style pumps commonly used in custom off-road fabrication.

Technical Specifications

  • Output Pressure: 1,650 PSI
  • Maximum Pump Speed: 7, 000 RPM.
  • Application: Designed for Full Hydraulic Steering Only.
  • Quality Assurance: Each unit is bench-tested prior to shipping to ensure peak performance.

Critical Fitment & Warranty Information

  • Steering Compatibility: This pump is designed exclusively for full hydraulic steering. At 1,650 PSI, the pressure is too high for stock or ram-assist steering applications.
  • Mounting: This pump will not fit the stock Toyota bracket. You must use mounting Bracket Part number: 2060086.
  • Fluid Requirements: Use standard power steering fluid only. The use of ATF or semi-synthetic blends will void the warranty.
  • Pulley Installation: You must use a professional power steering pulley installer. Using any other method (such as a press or hammer) will void the warranty.
  • RPM Limit: Do not exceed 7,000 pump RPM. For custom builds, calculate your pulley ratios carefully to stay within this limit.
