This structural weakness often contributes to axle wrap, wheel hop, and eventual frame failure during heavy off-roading or towing.

Our solution is a comprehensive reinforcement system designed to box in the inner frame rails, providing the rigidity needed for demanding environments and high-travel suspension setups.

Engineered for Maximum Rigidity

• 3/16" Heavy Duty Plate Steel: Includes two precision-cut 3/16" plates designed to completely box the rear section of the frame, significantly increasing torsional strength.
• Dual DOM Tubing Support: The kit features two heavy-wall DOM tubes. One acts as a primary cross-member reinforcement, while the second serves as a high-clearance upper shock mount.
• Integrated Shock Mounts: The upper shock mount tube comes complete with metal sleeves and all necessary Grade 8 hardware, allowing for custom shock positioning.
• Performance Gains: By eliminating frame flex, this kit helps mitigate axle wrap and wheel hop, ensuring more power reaches the ground and protecting your leaf springs from premature fatigue.
