• Note: We highly recommend using 91 octane fuel (or higher) to achieve these quoted horsepower gains. While 87 octane can be used, we noted minor pre-ignition at lower-grade fuel. Stepping up to 91 octane eliminates pre-ignition and smooths out the entire power curve.
