Engineering Excellence & Weight Reduction
The cumbersome factory steel harmonic balancer weighs in at 5 lbs with a 6" diameter. Our CNC-machined 6061-T6 American billet aluminum alternative shatters those specs, weighing a mere 1 lb with a compact 4" diameter.
- Integrated Precision: Features a laser-etched degree wheel on the front face, enabling you to pinpoint Top Dead Center (TDC) with ease.
- Thermal Management: At high RPMs, overdriven water pumps can actually lose efficiency. This pulley optimizes water pump and alternator speeds to maintain superior cooling and reduce drag.

IMPORTANT USAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Application: Strictly intended for high-RPM race applications.
- Restrictions: This product is not recommended for daily-driven street vehicles or rock crawlers where low-speed accessory torque is vital.

- Timing Tag Modification: The factory timing tag on the oil pump must be trimmed to provide adequate belt clearance. To maintain timing accuracy, we recommend installing the LCE Adjustable Timing Tag (Part number: 1016117).
- Seal Maintenance: Since the front crankshaft seal rides directly on the pulley surface, we highly recommend replacing the crankshaft oil pump seal during this upgrade.
- Lubrication: Apply a light coat of fresh motor oil to both the seal and the pulley’s sealing surface before installation.
- Crankshaft Key: Verify that the woodruff key is properly seated and in excellent condition before sliding the pulley into place.
