Kit Component Breakdowns

• Swirl-Polished Stainless Valves: Features 34mm intake and 27.5mm exhaust stainless steel valves with an anti-friction coating for superior airflow and stability. Lighter than factory valves and designed for stock valve seats-no chamber or bowl work required.
• Titanium Retainers: Ultra-lightweight retainers reduce spring load and drag, allowing faster, more consistent valve motion at higher revs without compromising durability.
• Hardened Valve Keepers: Precision-machined and hardened specifically for LC Engineering titanium retainers for maximum strength and fitment.
• 31mm Cam Followers (Buckets): Oversized 31mm outer diameter prevents large cam lobes from rolling off the edge. Direct fit into stock heads; designed for use with 8mm Pro Shims (shims sold separately). 
• Viton Valve Seals: Premium Viton rubber seals provide long-lasting, leak-free oil control.

Pro Dual Valve Springs (Choose Your Setup)

• Standard Dual Springs (0-20 lbs Boost/Naturally Aspirated): Rated up to 8,000 RPM. Features 75 lbs seat pressure @ 1.400" install height (215 lbs open pressure @ .450" lift). Accommodates cam lifts up to .455" (Coil bind @ .500").
• HD Dual Springs (20+ lbs High Boost): Rated up to 10,000 RPM. Features 100 lbs seat pressure @ 1.400" install height (225 lbs open pressure @ .450" lift). Accommodates aggressive cam lifts up to .515".

Important Assembly & Shim Notes

• Shim Requirements: This kit requires 8mm Pro Shims. Because valve clearance varies per cylinder head, exact shim sizes cannot be determined until final head assembly, torquing, and camshaft installation are complete.
• Suggested Starting Shim Sizes: 1.50mm, 1.75mm, 2.00mm, 2.25mm, 2.50mm.
